Gustav Green (Junior Gropp)
Educational Technology Specialist & Data Custodian at Scale | Bridging Digital Architecture, Pedagogical Innovation, and AI Powered Professional Development | 10+ Years in the Field
I sit at the intersection of education, technology, and artificial intelligence, designing and implementing scalable, data-driven instructional systems that seamlessly integrate with modern classroom curricula. The way we educate has been fundamentally altered by technology—adapting to these changes with robust, forward-thinking architecture is not just an advantage; it is essential. Solving new issues with old strategies is the definition of insanity. I am passionate about building the systems that allow both educators and students to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.

5.0 Industry Banter
AI is replacing admin, not teachers.
The panic around Artificial Intelligence in education often misses the point. AI's immediate value isn't in replacing the pedagogical connection between a teacher and a student; it's in automating the crushing administrative burden that prevents teachers from actually teaching.
The "Ed" is getting lost in "EdTech".
Too many platforms are built by engineers for engineers, rather than by educators for students. The software architecture must be led by solid pedagogical foundations. A shiny new app means nothing if it doesn't align with CAPS requirements or fundamentally improve the curriculum delivery.
